We encourage everyone to express, in good faith, any concern regarding possible violations of our Code of Conduct, policies, or the law.
For this purpose, you can use the dedicated 24/7 Ethics Hotline provided by the Company, if you see or feel something isn’t right, or if you witness or suspect wrongdoing and misconduct.
How does it work?
The Ethics Hotline enables you to report any concern in confidentiality and, if needed, anonymity. The information reported is treated confidentially and securely.
Every concern raised in good faith is taken seriously and can trigger the opening of a case and related assessment or investigation. It allows us to identify potential issues, and strengthen our commitment to business integrity, respect and accountability.
Who can use it?
All ST employees and interested third parties, such as suppliers or business partners.
Feel free to voice your concerns openly and honestly, without fear of retaliation. Proper and timely feedback will also be given to you.
Is it safe to Speak Up?
Yes, you are protected. We have zero tolerance for any form of retaliation.
Any ST employee or interested third party who believes they have been retaliated against should promptly report such concern to the Ethics Hotline and/or to the Ethics, Compliance & Privacy department.
