Who is concerned by our Code of Conduct?
Absolutely everyone at ST! This Code of Conduct is applicable to all employees.
We also expect our affiliates and business partners to uphold similar standards and requirements.
It means that we expect you to act with integrity, respect and accountability, to embody these values, and of course, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
It also means that the provisions and principles included in this Code of Conduct are mandatory. Any violations will result in appropriate disciplinary measure(s), up to and including termination of contractual relationship.
Where and when should I apply the Code of Conduct?
Everywhere and all the time!
Business related ethics do not stop at the Company’s doors: how you act or what information you disclose on your personal time should be compliant with the Code of Conduct.
